Preseason 2014-15 College Basketball AP Rankings

The 2014-15 college basketball season is almost upon us. For the second straight year, Coach Cal and the Kentucky Wildcats have earned the nod as the preseason college basketball #1. Although the 2013-14 edition of the Kentucky Wildcats disappointed until March Madness hit, they hit a hot streak and finished the season as the 2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament runner ups. With the Harrison Twins returning along with another stacked recruiting class, Calipari’s Wildcats are expected to perform up to expectations throughout the season this year. Nipping on their heels will be the Arizona Wildcats and the Wisconsin Badgers. This college basketball season does promise to be one of the best that we’ve seen in recent years, so it will be interesting to see who is still atop the rankings when March Madness arrives.
