The 2015 MLB draft order was the reverse order of the 2014 MLB regular season standings. The Arizona Diamondbacks had the top overall pick of the draft since they had the worst overall record in MLB during the 2014 regular season. The Houston Astros had the second overall pick of the 2015 MLB Draft since they were unable to sign Brady Aiken who was the top overall pick in the 2014 MOB Draft.
